Revol's Handset Protection Plan
Coverage
The program covers the handset (device, standard battery & wall charger) you purchased from Revol from accidental physical damage, loss and theft. Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage to equipment is not covered.
Premiums

If you file a claim, and it is approved, you must pay the deductible to receive your replacement handset. This amount is based on the non subsidized retail value of the make and model of the handset for which you make a claim. Claim Limits
$1,000 per Named Insured or a maximum of 2 equivalent replacements (whichever comes first) will be permitted in each consecutive 12 month period beginning with the date of the first loss.
Program Terms
The Program is a service that is billed to your monthly wireless service bill. Failure to pay your wireless service bill in full will result in termination of your coverage and the obligations hereunder.
Claim Process
Give us a call at 800-654-9156 or complete the online form to start your claim. We’ll need some information from you such as personal information, information about the phone, and details regarding the incident. Once your claim is approved simply pay the deductible and we’ll direct you to a participating Revol location to pick up your replacement handset within 60 days.

- Claims may be fulfilled with new or reconditioned equipment. Reconditioned equipment may have minor cosmetic flaws. Replacement of ‘accessories’ may be with generic or non-original manufacturer accessories. If the exact model is not available, the replacement will be of like kind and quality.
- You are not required to purchase insurance to activate wireless service. This coverage may provide a duplicate of other sources of coverage. You may cancel at anytime.
- The Program is a replacement service provided to subscribers of Revol. This coverage is being provided by the New Hampshire Insurance Company, through eSecuritel Agency, LLC and is administered by eSecuritel Holdings, LLC.
