Here's how to report a claim:
- If your equipment is lost or stolen:
- Call Revol at 800-738-6547 to temporarily suspend your service and prevent unauthorized calls.
- Report the incident to the police department and obtain a case number.
- Start your claim either by contacting eSecuritel's Customer Care Center at 800-654-9156 or by using our online report a claim form.
- If approved, you will be directed to a participating Revol location to pick up your replacement handset within 60 days. You will pay the deductible when you receive your new replacement. Don't know your deductible? Click here to view it in the Manage Your Account section.
Please have the following information ready to report your claim:
- Your wireless phone number
- Account holder billing address
- Phone make and model
- Insured equipment ESN/MEID (serial number)
- Date, time, location and detailed description of the incident
- Police report number (if theft occurred)
We know you're anxious to get a phone back into your hands so be aware of the following. To file an insurance claim, you must:
- Be the account holder
- Report the claim within 60 days of the incident
- Provide proof of purchase, if requested
- Provide proof of loss, if requested
